One of our key specialisms is the design, supply and installation of turnkey generator packages for major construction projects. We can deliver the complete installation, including ventilation ductwork, fans, extended twin wall flue systems, fuel delivery and fuel storage / transfer systems. We understand the construction project life cycle and our place within it.
We design and build high-kVA mobile generator and load bank installations on ISO 30ft and 40ft articulated trailer platforms. These can include elements such as fuel tanks, MotoReel RC cable reels and auxiliary generators; they are built to order, are fully customisable and are extremely cost-effective mobile power solutions.
This fully customisable cable reel was developed by iPower to safely and easily coil /uncoil heavy copper cable when temporarily supplying or testing an installation with a mobile asset. Designed, engineered and built at our production facility; it is a completely unique variable speed, motorised, remote control reelsuitable for cable, rope, hose, flex pipe and more.
iPower are specialists in power and engine control. We have extensive experience in the synchronisation of single gensets to mains, multiple gensets together and multiple gensets to mains. We can provide a turnkey control solution, incorporating programmable generator / mains controllers, motorised circuit breakers, testing, G10/G99 compliance, DNO injection witness testing and more.
iPower manufacture a range of change-over solutions from simple manual transfer switches, to complex automatic transfer switches with single or dual line full load bypass arrangements. We understand the requirements of BS 8519 and BS EN 60947-6, so you can be assured that our ATS units meet the most stringent building specifications for life safety applications.

iPower provide comprehensive load testing services at our facility, or at your premises. Our compact trailer fixed load banks simulate resistive / inductive loads up to 1250kVA and our progressive kVA step testing regime gives you the confidence that your critical generation assets are up to the challenge when called upon in the worst case scenario.
